隨著時間的流逝，我們也在不斷的長大，剛來時只有十五歲的愷元哥迎來了他的十九歲生日，作為步入成人之後的第一個生日，同時也是在這裏過的最後一個生日，我們大家都很珍惜這段時間。因為愷元哥還有半年的時間就要去上大學了，在這幾年中他也一直是我們學習的榜樣，一個刻苦學習，自律嚴謹的榜樣。有時學習累了，有想打個盹，想要偷懶的時候，看到身邊比自己效率高，比自己更刻苦的愷元哥的時候，心裏總會不自覺地開始想要好好學習。看到他這幾年刻苦努力換來的結果，也讓我們擁有了一定的信心，只要在叔叔這裏認真學習，好好呆下去，最後一定會擁有一個美好的未來的。

冬天，我們大概兩周就會吃一頓羊肉或牛肉的餃子。隨著吃餃子的次數愈加頻繁，我們大家包餃子的技術也愈加熟練，不到一個小時的時間就能包出十幾個人吃的量。包餃子不僅提高了大家的動手能力，能吃到自己包的餃子也是一件很開心的事情。我覺得這是很難得的事情，因為平常在家裏或者學校你不可能有我們這樣的機會體驗親手包餃子。同時也是我們在這裏需要珍惜的事情，因為也許只有在這裏我們才會有這些難忘的,同學在一起包餃子的快樂時光。
