打坐時，叔叔談到了善良，說道善良是思維方式，也就是從他人的角度來思考問題；同時，也指出了有關我抱怨的事情，說這也是沒有轉換思維方式所造成的結果。世上沒有完美的事物，如果只顧抱怨那些不好的地方，那麼即使再好的東西擺在他的麵前，這個人沒有可能從中得到幸福的。更何況那些看似不好的地方很可能也只是因為自己的心沒有擺正，從而覺得不好而已。
Recently, Uncle mentioned goodness to us, saying that goodness was another way to think, which is, to think on the other’s side; meanwhile, pointed out that I had the problem of complaining, saying that this was also the cause of not converting my thoughts. There is no perfection in this world, if one man only looks at bad aspects of everything, then even though the best thing is placed before him, he can never get any happiness from it. And apart from this, sometimes, when you find something bad about one thing, it is probably just because you have not put right your heart. Just like, being lucky to be able to come Canada and study here, which in so many people’s eyes is a rare opportunity, I complaint about feeling a little lonely; how unreasonable this is.
