我们每天打坐时都会读一些文章，这周我发现当我听到一些关于善良的文章时，我会将自己与文章中的人进行对照，看自己哪里做的不好并想办法将问题改正。这在我来叔叔这之前是没有的，以前当我听到类似的文章时，我虽然也会对照自己，但每次得出的结论都是：嗯，平时我也会像他一样做，所以我也很善良。可现在当我再回顾过去，我发现那只是在欺骗自己。那些表面上看起来善良的举动其实并不是真心的，更多是为了显示自己多么善良，从而获得别人的夸奖。但是在叔叔这里我知道了什么是真正的善良，叔叔还告诉我们人为什么要善良、如何变善良等等。当一个人发自内心的为别人好时，这就是善良。今后我也要继续按照叔叔说的方法去做，努力让自己变得更加善良！
We read some articles every day when we meditate, and this week I found that when I heard some articles about kindness, I would compare myself with the people in the articles, see where I was not doing well and find ways to correct the problem. This was not there before I came to uncle. In the past, when I heard similar articles, although I would compare myself, the conclusion every time was: Well, I usually do like him, so I am also very kind. But now when I look back, I see that I was just lying to myself. Those actions that seem kind on the surface are actually not sincere, but are more to show how kind you are, so as to get praise from others. But here in uncle, I know what real kindness is, and uncle also tells us why people should be kind, how to be kind, and so on. When a person is doing good for others from the heart, that is kindness. In the future, I will continue to do what uncle said, and try to make myself more kind!

猫咪们自从来到加拿大还没洗过澡，虽然平时他们会将自己收拾的干干净净以至于这么久没洗澡身上还是香香的。可距离上次洗澡也有一年多了，所以我们决定这周给他们洗个澡，但要洗澡就要先做好准备：打扫卫生！我们需要将屋子好好打扫一遍，每个角落都不能放过，不然猫咪们刚洗完澡就又占满了灰尘。今天我们用了几个小时终于将屋子打扫干净了，但由于时间已经晚了，我们只好将洗澡的事推到下周，希望我们可以好好保持卫生，下周顺利的给猫咪们洗澡！
Clean up
The cats haven't taken a bath since they came to Canada, although they usually clean up themselves so that they still smell good after so long without a bath. But it's been more than a year since the last shower, so we decided to give them a bath this week, but the first thing we need to do is get ready: clean up! We need to clean the house well, and we can't let go of every corner, otherwise the cats will be full of dust just after taking a bath. It took us a few hours today to finally clean the house, but since it was too late, we had to postpone the bathing to next week, I hope we can maintain good hygiene and bathe the cats smoothly next week!
