良言一句三冬暖，恶语伤人六月寒。在别人伤心难过时，一句安慰的话可以让别人走出悲伤，而一句伤人的话也同样会起很明显的后果。有时哪怕只是一句最简单的话都很可能伤害到别人。我们经常会因为心情不好或一些原因冲动之下说出许多不好的话。有的时候还会因为别人没有符合自己而对别人产生抱怨的情绪。但过后想想，其实如果别人对自己说了同样的话，自己也会感到很难过。我们不能因为自己的情绪而完全不顾及别人的感受。所以由于自己的原因，我为说过的许多伤人的话感到很抱歉。以后我一定会好好改正这个问题，少一些抱怨多一些感恩，做一个真正能够为别人着想的善良的人。
A good word is warm in three winters, and a bad word hurts in June. When someone is sad, a word of comfort can bring others out of their sadness, and a word of hurt can also have obvious consequences. Sometimes even the simplest words can hurt someone. 每周六我们都会出去捡垃圾，我们常会在马路边捡到许多垃圾。但是时间一长，路边的垃圾就没有那么多了，所以我们就去寻找了一个新的地方捡垃圾。终于，在路旁的草丛深处我们找到了许多垃圾。当我们一点一点把垃圾拽出来放进袋子后，看着干干净净的草坪满满的成就感。所以我们不应该只为了图自己方便随手将垃圾人在路过的街道上。原本绿意盎然的草地上，一片白色垃圾会显得多么突兀。所以我们应该把他们放在属于他们的地方“垃圾桶”。如果大家都这么做，这个世界将会变得更加美好。
Every Saturday we go out to pick up trash, and we often pick up a lot of trash by the side of the road. Therefore, we should not just put garbage people on the passing streets just for our own convenience. How abruptly a piece of white garbage would appear on the green grass. So we should put them in the "trash can" where they belong. If everyone did this, the world would be a better place.
