知足常乐 Contentment and Happiness

狮子在饥饿时,只会注意到能帮助它猎捕到羚羊的信息。而饱餐过后,他们会的注意力则只会集中在温暖的阳光上,享受当下舒适惬意的时光。而人类并非如此,在达成一个目标后,新的目标接踵而至,贪欲似乎永远得不到满足。在不断为新的目标而发愁的同时,也忘却了自己的初心,更无法获得快乐。达到目标的最好方法就是做好当下该做的事情。在享受学习过程的快乐中进步,而不是为接下来的目标发愁焦虑或者总是渴望获得更多。常言道:“知足常乐。”我认为,知足常乐不是安于现状的消极心态,而是在珍惜与享受当下所拥有的一切的同时,提升自己。


When a lion is hungry, it will only notice information that will help it hunt the antelope. After a full meal, they will only focus on the warm sunshine and enjoy the comfortable and comfortable time. This is not the case with humans. After achieving a goal, new goals follow one after another, and greed never seems to be satisfied. While constantly worrying about new goals, I also forget my original intention and cannot obtain happiness. The best way to achieve your goals is to do what you need to do now. Make progress while enjoying the learning process, rather than worrying about next goals or always craving for more. As the saying goes: "Be content and happy." I believe that contentment is not a negative attitude of being content with the status quo, but rather improving yourself while cherishing and enjoying everything you have now.
